    Do you have an idea for a project and your not sure if you can build it?

    I will research code, zoning and any other requirements to determine if your project can be built.

  • Drafting & As-Builts

    I provide landscape and architectural drafting and rendering services.

Process

what to expect when you work with me

  • Design Consult

    We will meet in person to discuss your project. After I will send you the cost for my services followed with a design contract and deposit request.

  • Concept Design

    Following our design consult I will create plans and three dimensional renderings of your project. During this phase we will work together to come to a final design.

  • Construction Documents

    I will provide you with construction documents or permit documents that you can bid with multiple contractors, submit for permit if required, and submit to your HOA or PUD if required.

  • Construction Administration

    This is an optional service. During construction I will visit the project multiple times to ensure that it is being constructed as shown in the construction documents.
